Leadership in Action: CTFF Champions Men’s Health
At the recent CBCC Men’s Health & Wellbeing Event 2026, leadership took centre stage and few embodied it more powerfully than Paul Signorelli OAM, Board Member of Cure The Future Foundation.
Hosted by the Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce, the evening brought together business leaders, health professionals and community champions for a powerful conversation about men’s health, vulnerability and responsibility.
As a distinguished panel member, Paul spoke with authenticity about the importance of intentionally prioritising time, not just for work and ambition, but for exposure to natural elements like sunlight, fresh air and nature, and most importantly, for family.
Importantly, Paul doesn’t just speak about balance, he leads by example. Through his leadership approach within his hospitality group, Paul actively encourages his team to protect time for their families by ensuring staff are never rostered over consecutive weekends. In an industry often defined by pace and pressure, his philosophy reinforces that success should never come at the expense of health.
The panel also featured prominent leaders across government, sport and medical research, reinforcing a clear message: strong communities begin with healthy men.
The evening concluded on a particularly meaningful note, with CTFF Chair Diane Langmack OAM presented with an award recognising Cure The Future Foundation’s work in representing the true spirit of community. The moment was a fitting tribute to an organisation committed to advancing research, hope and human connection.
